Ingredients (2 servings)
· Udon noodles (cooked, drained) 2 portions
· Bacon 60 g
· Broccoli 60g
. S&B Crunchy Garlic Topping 6tsp
. Egg yolks 2
. Milk 3Tbsp
. Fresh cream 2Tbsp
. Grated cheese 1Tbsp
. A small amount of salt
- Mix 【A】. Divide broccoli into small florets.
- Cut bacon into thin strips and cook in a frying pan. When bacon fat turns liquid, add S&B Crunchy Garlic Topping.
- Add Udon to (2). Add 【A】 and warm through gently on very low heat. Dish out into bowls and serve topped with a little extra S&B Crunchy Garlic Topping.
